Soldato designed this car with a partnership from Pandinus Motors. Pandinus helped Soldato design this car using Le Mans and Formula 1-styled elements. Soldato agreed to have Pandinus design a mid-engined supercar that mixes the elements of Le Mans and Formula 1 cars. Only 50 units of the Raggio will be produced because Pandinus required Soldato to manufacture 50 cars and they needed it to be homologated for racing in the Scratch GT Championship.
