You don't need permission to use this base, but please give credit to me. You can reshape the hair, add to the shirt, etc. I made the shoes have thinner lines so you can design them with a style of your choice (try thicker lines for boots). You can do whatever you want with this base (just keep it PG because it is a kids' website).
