his name is tealeaf. because it sounds like sealeaf. his father is a leafwing, his mother is a seawing. a leawing. X3 when he was little, his mom took him swimming, he loved it! she showed him how to dive. after awhile, he realized, he was having trouble breathing, his lungs felt wet and full. he fainted. his mother saved him, but she was confused, why did he drown? (almost, anyways. ) then she realized, he didn't have gills! his parents said he could never swim, to protect him. he DID NOT like that. he was still little, remind you. he didn't know what gills were, so his mom explained. not very well. she said, " um, these scratch-like hole-lines, they let you breath underwater. " so, his little leawing mind said, " oh, then ill just make gills! ". that night he scratched himself, deep. he then tried swimming, he couldn't breath, but he didn't drown this time. plus his neck hurt now. so he decided he would LEARN to dive and swim, so every night, he sneaks out to swim, slowly teaching himself to dive. someday, he will swim in front of his mom and dad, and it will all be fixed.
