all you need to do is gather all of the super chaos emeralds. once they are united they will form a circle. The circle creates energy. the energy transfers to the outside body (where your aura would be). now here is the easy part. to summon your spirit you need to yell at the top of your lungs then your rage turns to energy. (like in Dragon ball z) it forms an aura around you which summons your spirit. and my spirit is mephiles.
