OOKAy let me explain this world... so yea this sickness its kinda like killing them by braking there soul. It starts killing everyone.. and then Alphy and Dr Gaster (sense he is still here in this world) try's to find a way to heal them.. well good news they found something! bad news... it alters there soul to a couple of stitches onto there soul along with new body's. So yea.. every one has something different about them some have something important missing some lost there memories some.. kinda wen't a tiny bit insane.. but there still kinda themselves in a way...
