There was a bright flash of light, and then an explosion, a small meteorite had crash landed on Earth and inside... a wolf-girl? Chloe was "born" from a meteorite and has powers, she has the ability to glow and can float in the air, she also has the ability to control the stars. A young couple found her and took her in as their child, she may be bullied at school because people think she's "weird" but she never let's other people bring her down. Everyone is a shining star in their own way.
