HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BFDI!!! I drew all season 1 characters (except for David; he's too human, whatever that means) I drew everything in the scratch paint editor, no assets used. So everything's made from scratch. (no pun intended) Only if you really want to, here are my notes: Leafy- I had to redraw her many times because of her strange color pallete and distinct shape. Firey- Firey has a really precise shape. I also redrew him a lot. Blocky- I couldn't get his text to line up the "right 3-d way." Eraser- His expression is really weird. Pen- is smiling. I'm not really sure if that's in character or not. Pencil- looks like her youngest self (episode one) I also colored her as a gradient because I was lazy. Match- looks the same as pencil. I'm pretty happy about her color. Bubble- I couldn't get her "just-stepped-out-of-the-recovery-center" expression. (yes, that is a thing) Ice Cube- looks slightly strange but I think I got her expression pretty well. Teardrop- from the scene where she gets dropped into a box. Rocky- was very very difficult to draw. His face is very hard to get right. He still looks a bit weird but... Woody- His colors seem pretty noice. Spongy- not to scale. It was hard to mix his colors. Coiny- I didn't add his reflective streaks... yet Needle- I don't know what went weird. Snowball- is angry. That's all I will say. Tennis Ball- He usually doesn't look like that, but it's from IDFB. (season 3) Golf Ball- Also from IDFB. She looks pretty good but it took so long to place her dimples. Flower- IS HAPPY EESH. IT'S IDFB. Pin- also IDFB, but she always looks like that in the intros.
