why i joined: i had first used scratch in 5th grade STEAM class, and immedietly i loved it. coding was a vast and interesting world for me, i wanted to persue a career in computer programming. even today, i still do. i knew that in scratch, people couldnt bully you because of how you speak or look, which was how i was treated in school. literally everyone doesnt give a crap about my artistic abilities and my sense of humor; all of it is about your athletic ability, which, guess who didnt have a lot of it. i hoped that when i joined scratch, i could show kids like me what im capable of.
