Time Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Time Slow. A.I.: Runs and jumps shooting longer and quickers arrows when grounded, or shorter and slower arrows and airbourne, and sometimes slows down time. He isn't affected by gravity as much as other robot masters. Speed Gear: Stops time completely for a short moment, and places aimed arrows in random areas during that time.
