Here's a guide to begin: ______________________________________________ - Click on the encrypt icon - The program should pull up a text box, if it doesn't, then keep clicking until it does. - Type whatever you want and press "enter". - The text box should disappear and reveal the list beneath it. Triple-click on the code, then copy it. - To decode it, click on the decode icon. - Paste the code into the text box and press "enter". - You should get back what you first typed! Note that characters like $ or % might not appear. I'll add those soon.
Do NOT enter any important information into this project! While the data is not being saved, it's good practice to be as safe as possible. I suggest copying this project and doing it there if you really have to. Sometimes it's difficult to remember passwords, but writing them down defeats the purpose. Also, computer applications that save your passwords may be untrustworthy. So, I tried to take the best of both worlds by making a basic encrypting system. Hope you all enjoy this project!
