This is the same project as before, but fully renewed with all my modern code and skins, and the actual Minecraft backdrop too. The POV has also switched sides, so you're also now facing the other side of the crossing. This project was first shared on 22/12/2019, had a few minor tweaks on 10/05/2020, was unshared at the end of 2023 for a full makeover, and has now been re-shared as of 18/01/2024.
The crossing first existed when the GMR was built in 2019 - the oldest version of this scratch project depicted the crossing with halogen lights; it had my older sketch of equipment with a hand-drawn background. The lights were replaced in 2020, but everything else remained untouched until it was unshared for the makeover in December 2023. It was originally depicted as an MCB-OD crossing, but that was just pretend - the first working prototype of the MCB-OD crossing in Minecraft wasn't put together until May 2023, and one still hasn't been tested on an existing railway system yet. This crossing was 'officially' updated as a CCTV crossing in May 2020. However, come the closure of Reskerton signal box (around 2026), this crossing is more than likely to end up becoming an MCB-OD crossing (for real this time!).
