Although any traces of human life have vanished, some creatures have survived- but anything alive is scarce, let alone anything healthy. Over a generation of animals adapting to their new menacing environment, not only have are they now capable of complex emotions and reasoning, but a select few have received “powers” or abilities, that can help or hinder them, as some aren’t the most helpful. Dust dogs (c) @Scratchkitten10 Woops! Didn't mean to delete the title! Character: Hypnorio Species: Snake/Wolf Hybrid Backstory: Hypnorio wa originaly a ordinary wolf, living the dream! He stayed at a beach nearby his forest home because of the many people that come there and feed him, play with him and so on! Until one day, He was tooken by some soldiers the day before the nuclear war! He was experimented on every single day. The next day (7 hours before the nuclear war), they tried to mutate his DNA with another animal's DNA, which was a snake! As soon as the mutation process ended, half of his body began to grow the body of a snake, making him feel a lot of pain. But little did the scientists know, his aggression levels rose! Due to this, he began to immediately attack the scientists, getting rid of every last one. Suddenly, as soon as he escaped the facility, the nuclear war began. He took cover behind a pile of metal. Finally, as soon as silence took over, he popped out of his hiding spot, seeing everyone in the facility was gone. Hypnorio then decided to head to the beach to see if everyone was ok. Turns out, the same thing happened to everyone at the beach. Everyone was gone. He searched all over the beach for any human survivors, but no luck. He felt all alone without his human buddies. He felt so alone that he forced himself to accepted to wander the beach alone.... forever. As years passed, he began to change. He made himself a scarf made out of the cloth of a woman's beach towel began to feed on other animals in order to prevent himself from going hungry. Now... he turned from the most friendliest wolf to a cold blooded predator on the beach.
