Instructions

Look at the image on the screen. This is art. Stare at the art. A lot of this image is based off the design of the iPhone game Monument Valley by Ustwo. Get the game, it is awesome. Check out my Mineument Valley Blender series: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/41465072/

Description

This image was made in the free 3D imaging software Blender. Get Blender at www.blender.org This is my rendition of M.C.Escher's Impossible Waterfall. This is my second version of the waterfall. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR: The shape is an optical illusion by M.C. Escher. It is impossible to make in real life, so some visual tricks have to be used. PHYSICALLY: The water is flowing along a horizontal path, at which point it drops down. With the pressure of the drop forcing the water along the path, you could create infinite energy. GEOMETRICALLY: Look at the triangle created on the right by the path and pillar. This separate path turns 3 90° angles in different directions. I challenge anyone to make it join up in real life. P.S. THE TRACK IS NOT SLANTED.
