These include Small House, Large House, Apartments and Flats. COMMERCIAL - Second row Costs a lot of money! However, it gives you Rating and more CPS than Residential Buildings. Commercial Buildings do not give you population. (Here's a trick! Larger units are more efficient, which means that its cost is proportionally cheaper for its Coins per second or other factors.)
