Description

@KittyDKat's Spark of Fire: I think it's safe to peg this as the reason Ivy Lake and consequently a whole spectrum of animations got started. When I saw the first episode, I was just so inspired by it and decided to make my own series, host auditions, reach out to people. Over a year later, we're good friends and both better artists, and I'm still thanking her for keeping it up! (Drawing notes: It's Firespark and Swiftpaw, of course. I used a sharper style of shading instead of my usual more-realistic soft shading. I think it fits the line and art style well. Also, the fire took about 40 seconds. X3 Hope you like it, Kitty!) @SimplyIdyllic's Just a Simple Error: Am I allowed to make fanart for an AS that hasn't even started yet? Seriously, is that a thing? But I really don't care, because here I am doing it in any case. I had the honor and privilege to voice Young Lenny in the prologue (he later grows up to become the villain of the series, but that's beside the point of course) and am *cough* EAGERLY AWAITING the *cough* UNDOUBTEDLY EXCEPTIONAL prologue. Once Simple decides to finish it, of course. *cough cough* (Drawing notes: Ugggghhh, the quality's terrible. Go here for full resolution: https://sites.google.com/site/colorsscratchstuff/home/art/requests Left to right, here's Jera, Simple, Sketch, Lenny, and Skoda. I included Simple's spots even though they just got removed from his official design. These designs are taken directly from the prologue audition results btw X3 Enjoy, Simple.) @Wildflight's Startouched: Another series for which I'm lucky enough to voice act, this time for Frissia, who, coincidentally, is also the villain. X3 As soon as I saw the first episode, I knew it would go on to be really awesome. The story's quite intriguing! (Plus, as Wild can tell you, we're totally secret clones.) (Drawing notes: Purefia and Verity. Really proud of the shading on this one--I went back to the more realistic shading style. In retrospect, I rather wish I'd done Verity's outline in amber brown instead of red-orange, but ah well, I think the shading helps it blend in. The grass came out REALLY WELL though, except for bits of it around Purefia's tail. I'm so happy with this drawing, though, and Wild, I hope you are too.) @zozzie2's Broken Glass: My newest fangirl series obsession. Seriously, it's everything you'd want in a Doctor Who fanseries. Just go watch the prologue right now, okay? No. I mean it. I can't explain it or how awesome it is. (Drawing notes: LOOK ZOZZIE I DREW ZORA. SEE I TOLD YOU I DREW HER AND THERE SHE IS. And Matt and David too, although I think I did a terrible job on them! >w< Oddly enough, Zora was the easiest of the three to get right. Maybe that's because since she's not strictly human I felt more compelled to get every little detail right. Plus she's got a pretty simple head shape.)
