Click the flag... and listen! Okay so, good news. I managed to make the song a full, whole sound file! Long story short, what happened? Apparently, all I really had to do was make one of the instruments there sound a bit different with a little less bars (Which I planned to do before I even knew it would solve this), and then when I tried to make the full song "Faster", it actually worked! After that, I used the trick of the pitch effect with the speed of the sound itself to make a full theme without any interruptions! (The project might still take a small while to save though.)
