Instruments can be selected by clicking on their names in the left side. The pitch variable is provided if you want raise or lower the notes. I have noticed that the Flash implementation of Midi sounds has gotten much better but some of the instrument sounds don’t even come close. For example Orchestra strings is very different between Flash and playing it downloaded.
