I've been thinking of doing one of these for a while, so now it's finally heree (if you don't know how to do these, you remix the project and put your OC where the Scratch Cat is) Rules: 1. Follow the rules 2. Don't use characters from TV or games or something 3. DoN't StEaL Oc'S? 4. You can only enter twice 5. That's all I can think of for now
