Neutral run Mirlif (if you kill any of his friends) talks about the Pacifist run, and how much more better it is. He says that not hurting any of his friends is better. He tells them all that he knows about the timelines, and how the reset works for him. (space for dodge)
(also, Mirlif is only Undertale fight style if he's unspareble) Mirlif will always have a scarf. It defines who he is.
