This is my new OC: Test - 01 the Protogen. He's made to investigate storms and help people in danger. He's a really nice friend, but be careful with him! Sometimes he bites. His symbols are small green tornadoes, and he has tornado fans under each paw, so he can make medium sized tornadoes if he wants to!
