RULES: Max HP: 850 Max Damage: 500 Max Rage Damage: 2500 Max Heal: 50
FINALLY I'M DONE WAHOO! Yeah, anyway Sinopia has a new moveset (which is why it took so long) other than the Spin Attack but even THAT's a bit different. His attacks don't increase the boss' rage. Changed back to 3. AGAIN.
