ALRIGHT this is Plasma, or B1, chemical 7k. (that was it's name in the lab) so they are gender neutral, and it's kind was being raised in a lab, and being experimented on, because it's behavior was new to scientists. (they looked like they would be feline, but behavior was similar to people.) all of the chemical experiments that were tried on Plasma messed up it's nature, and now all kinds of weird stuff is happening to them. they managed to escaped the lab but they still can't escape what has happened to them. they can't control their own mind, and the colors are chemical stains. if this is off time PLEASE LET ME KNOW so i can fix it wow i hope i win, because i like fell in love with this character now lol (don't take that too seriously, everyone deserves to win)
