Click "Play" and then click again. Drag your cursor around to where you want your land to be with the Land Builder. Then, press Space when you are done drawing the land. Click the Scratch cats and ducks to have them inhabit your world. You can click the buildings to have, well, buildings. If you don't like your population, click the meteor to end all life on your planet. Click the flag to reset your world. Enjoy!! (NOTE: If your Land Builder doesn't draw the land, refresh the page.)
