This is one way to make a clock that corresponds real time to 24 hour time (referred to as "military time") I used custom blocks that described to a single dot how to draw all of the numbers, and how to teleport to the areas to write the numbers. If you take a look inside, you will see it got really repetitive, and that was very annoying to me. But, I hope you like the clock! Even though you probably see the time in regular time form on the bottom right corner of your computer, but whatever! By the way, the clock does update with the real time, you don't have to keep refreshing it. Enjoy!
