Yoga teacher Ellie and Stick-Yogi will show you a sequence of real Yoga moves (for roughly 4-minutes). You can copy them as a gentle warm-up. Or just repeat the sequence 4 times in a loop, then relax. Adapt the moves for your own body and surroundings, wear loose clothes and trainers, or be barefoot, to avoid slipping.
