This was meant to be a 100+ DTA, but then too many people started following me- Rules: -No tracing, using bases, or copying anyone else's artwork. -No stealing the designs -Don't whine if you don't win or if you want to participate and you think you won't -Have fun! I encourage you to use other programs. -You can change the design a little, just make it recognizable -There is no due date btw-
