Rules: 1. Please don't make yours a WHWNRV, keep it a WNR. You can put some things in order, like what I did. But not the entire thing. 2. Please, only make the bootscreens in vector mode. How to make your image go to vector mode: Right under the drawing area, there is a button. If it says vector mode, keep it that way. If it says bitmap mode, switch it to vector mode before drawing anything. 3. You may put versions that already exist. Example: You can put in Windows -∞, even though it exists already. 4. (New) If there is a remix already, remix that.
