This is based on @SharkyPup's series Ashes, which I was a voice actor in. I thought that it would be funny to make a sketch based on the series about the main character getting a rash (lol, r+ashes=rashes). The plan was for this to be fully voice acted, but as you can see, that never worked out XD. And yep outdated John Cena meme at the end
