Like before, anything can be rated. Also the rating system is simplified from 10-point to 5-point. -RULES- For OCs: -No recolors (If so, rating will be 3 at most, and overused templates count as recolors.) -Bitmap is somewhat allowed, make sure to vectorize it if you can. (And don't just convert it to vector or your highest rating would be a 3.) -No images (If so, rating will be 1 at most) -Absolutely NO GoAnimate OCs (If so, that will be an instant Z.) -No stolen OCs (If so, no rating will be given) For Items/Art: -No animation memes (If so, rating will be 2 at most) -Nothing inappropriate (If so, no rating will be given) -No stolen art/ recolored art (If so, no rating will be given) -Absolutely NO GoAnimate-Related Art (If so, that will be an instant Z.) For Everyone: -You can remix up to 3 times, just make your submissions different each time. -I might not be able to rate everyone, so be patient. -GOLDEN RULE- Do not rage at me for getting a low rating or you'll be banned for a week.
