this was about 9 months ago so forgive any wrongness in the info idk what else to ramble about rn so here, have a huge ramble explaining the demon universe sO- Heaven and Hell are actually on the same planet [that's divided in half by a giant chasm filled with lava] that's called- uh- gimme a sec I gotta come up with a name- Draxis 5 [couldn't think of anything else ok] the demon species fought with the angel species over who'd get what half of the planet and the demons lost, getting the side with a whole bunch of different biomes that at the time, the demon species wouldn't have been adapted to [there was only one element of demon when the species was brought to existence, and that was fire] while the angels got the side of the planet with beautiful lakes, meadows and small forests [btw both sides of the planet had an ocean, the demon sides ocean is large and starts a little bit away from the middle of their side and spans right to the lava chasm while the angel side of the planets ocean is in the centre] The two major species groups on the planet [demon and angel] looked different back when they first began to set up little tribes and colonies, the demons had wings but they were attached to their arms, they had 'normal' colours for their skin instead of the endless amount of colours they can be now, their tails didn't have the spear-tip end, they had large claws on their hands and they only had talons for feet instead of hooves, they were solely carnivores so they had sharp, serrated teeth and they were mainly quadrupedal [meaning they walked on 4 legs the majority of the time] even though they could stand upright [later in evolution they became mainly bipedal] the angels however had wings on their back like they do now, but they were smaller, meaning it took a lot of energy to stay in the air, they also had feathers instead of hair on their heads and they had bird-like tails Before the two species evolved to a point where they realised it'd be better if they stuck to one place they were animals, similar to the ones we have on Earth, demons evolved from lizard-like creatures and angels evolved from bird-like creatures and both species inhabited the two halves of the planet, then skip to a few million years in the future, the whole who gets what side of the planet war happens and they began settling their halves of the planet Due to the demons being on the side of the planet with multiple biomes, each with different skill sets needed to survive, they evolved again, gaining elements and abilities to better suit their homes, water demons got webbed talons and became able to breathe underwater, plant demons became more like plants and only needed sun and water to survive, ice demons got claws better suited to walking through snow or on ice, Earth demons gained the ability to not have to eat for long periods of time as well as amazing digging ability, poison demons became able to drink/eat any normally hazardous materials with no consequences as well as the immunity to poison, and fire demons became completely fireproof and gained the ability to breathe fire. the whole species obviously evolved physically too, becoming like how they look now The same thing happened with angels, but instead of adapting to environments they lost their tails and gained bigger wings and the feathers on their heads became hair. The two species didn't fight that often, as they both respected each-others borders and even traded resources, but eventually the mutual peace went downhill, a demoness [female demon] and an angel went missing, and the two species blamed the other for stealing a member of their species and eventually a war broke out A few years passed and the war kept raging, until the two missing people suddenly showed up again, it turned out that they had fallen in love after meeting eachother at the angels side of the trade route, and had gone to an area that wasn't yet colonised to have a family without having to deal with others, that decision ultimately led to the two being exiled and the law that demons and angels couldn't be together Skip to a few decades later and both species have made major technological advancements, more laws have been added, magic became an ability both of the species possessed, and royal families became a thing, Earth had been discovered in a nearish solar system and the other planets in the Draxis system were terraformed and colonised by the angels and demons and soon both species went to Earth, to see what the primitive life forms were like This part's boring bc it's Earth stuff so Imma just quickly summarise it- angels went to Britain and met the Christian god, demons went to Egypt and met the Egyptian gods, the gods decided they'd be better off on Draxis 5 so they moved there, the demons went to Britain to spy on the angels, the demons were seen, both species were like "meh this
place is actually kinda boring" so they went back to their home planet" and although both species helped humans, the humans decided angels were the good guys because demons look scary- ok done with the boring part, nOW FOR ADDER CORP YAY! So after the alien species had left Earth a member of the Adder family [a rich family (also fictional) that didn't like the demons or angels] decided to research some of the stuff the two species left behind and were like "woa these guys are advanced- they could kill us- quick we gotta find any members of the species that decided to stay and learn their weaknesses-" so that's what they did, eventually capturing every demon or angel species on the planet and killing them for research, that's why Earth became the place where demons and angles were put if exiled- skip to a few hundred years later and some of the demons and angels decided that Earth'd be a nice place to live so they moved there, and eventually the universe got to the point where it started as a private rp universe and there you go, a ramble explaining the demon universe also btw- I refer to them as demon and angel SPECIES because I'm counting the sentient species that live on one or the other half of the planet [eg. Succubi are part of the demon species] and demons and angels still hate eachother after that war that happened- so they tend to fight a lot- but surprisingly Queen Miko [Zu's sister who very much likes fighting stuff] is trying to stop the fighting
