Rho was born buff but not strong. He had an inability to be strong, so he did acrobatics, leap of faiths, and hand to hand combat. He was strong enough to rival even Cedous's power. In a martial arts tournament, he won, but after, someone kidnapped him. They forced him to fight 100 men at the same time. Rho succeeded, and found out it was a mind controlled Virgil, Cepheus' brother.
