Normally in southwest american culture, men hunt while women farm, but at the time in European culture men did farming while women did housework and had few rights. Most of European religion at the time focused on one god while southwest native american religion focused on multiple. Southwest native Americans ate corn, beans, squash, melons, pumpkins and often wild turkey. Southwest native american culture had a matrimonial culture, so almost anything that revolved around men in other cultures instead revolved around women. ceremonies that southwest native Americans do are often during the winter and summer solstices such as the soyal festival participated by Zuni and Hopi tribes. more coming soon..........................
