Controls: Arrow keys to move sideways and jump OR Swipe (and hold) to move sideways, tap to jump For how long can you keep running to avoid the Flash Flood! It gets harder as you run along. In the top panel you can see how close you are to the best time, stored in the cloud. The player character auto-runs, but is stopped by rocks, and slowed down by trees and pools of water. Your aim is to guide the player character to avoid these obstacles, by zigzagging and jumping over rocks and water. If you fall back all the way into the Flash Flood, at the bottom of the screen, it’s Game Over.
3 February 2021 Update: Added a thumbnail and music (Rumble from Bensound.com). 30 Oct 2019 Update: I've replaced the pools of water with rivers that cross the screen left to right, to make the game a bit more difficult. Sorry, but I felt I had to reset the "best time" cloud variable. In the original version @bigclaw1 had the best time of 388 seconds. 29 Oct 2019 Update: I've added a feature in the top panel, that lets you see how you are doing compared to the best time stored in the cloud data. When the little runner make it all the way over to the right (where the best time is shown), you have the best time ever. I've also reset the best time in the cloud data, because I'm not sure if some of my tweaks affected the gameplay. All art and code (except PTE and touch-sceen logic) by me.
