Credit to Mojang and Microsoft. The story goes like this: So I wanted to play Minecraft: Java Edition because they added honey blocks to the Java Edition, so I turned it on, went to the redstone section, and the lever had a black background. I thought, "Well, just one glitch", and continued playing, and then I realized that some other items had a black background. So I went to report it to Mojang's Minecraft snapshot bug reporter, then I realized you needed a third-party account, so I couldn't report the bug. Also I'm only using the "Programmer Art" resource pack that comes with Minecraft 1.14. This bug also happened on the normal resource pack.
