Lol yep, the DU got vampires and not the dingy Twilight ones that sparkle in the sunlight instead of dying well, these ones are kinda the same ig- they don't die in the sunlight, they just get really bad sunburn and say the pain makes them feel like they're dying but ye, they can still do the turning into bats thing, and they feed on blood, but like vampire bats [if you don't know how they feed, basically they use their fangs to make a puncture wound on the animal of choice, and then lap up the blood] but they usually go to blood banks and steal bags bc they can do that, they also barely need any blood to survive They can disguise themselves as humans, and they do that most of the time bc they're a shy species, but their main form is their preferred form for obvious reasons lol
