"I'm afraid that the spotlight has dried you up." This is for a little RP that I'm soon going to take part in... This new OC's name is Rogue Nocturne, a character obviously inspired by Night Rogue(he even has Night Rogue's more interesting abilities!) Now for this boio's bio(in my standard format). Name: Rogue Nocturne Motifs: [Rogue Nocturne]Bat, steam engine, electrical work, steam(to an extent); [Night Rogue]Bat, steam engine Gender: Male Species: Fox(he has two tails) Abilities: walking on walls/ceilings, fog manipulation(it tires him out if he uses it too long. He can also control when it rolls in and out, how fast it engulfs an area, how thick[how hard it is to see through] is, and how dense it is), disguise as Night Rogue(he can take on either Gentoku's or Utsumi's Pandora Exposured personalities, although most times Rogue Nocturne takes on Gentoku's Pandora Exposured personality; and with his tech, his appearance can be altered to that of Night Rogue's and his voice can be masked to that of either Gentoku's or Utsumi's[of course with the ebic filter that is placed over when they're transformed as Night Rogue], and this is all manually done too), flight(he summons a pair of bat wings whenever needed), spraying a mist out of the chimney on his head(of course only accessible while disguised as Night Rogue) Personality(of course not when disguised): Usually very attentive and observant, however, when he loses too much sleep, he becomes a maniac and desires to take it out on whoever he can. He's afraid of the unknown, more than most people, and it can classify as a phobia(it's ironic because he uses disguises to make himself unknown to others) and he's afraid of being found by Build(Sento Kiriyu)[because Rogue Nocturne's disguise is of Night Rogue], though he's not unwilling to accept his fear and overcome it for a while when he needs to[this could be a way to break his otherwise world-class disguise]. Often forgets small things(i.e. whether red "wire" goes over the green "wire" on Night Rogue's suit or not), but prefers to go with his memory.
