Use the arrow keys to move! On the options, kart select, character select, or cup select move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and click to go back.
Oh goodness a lot will have to be changed about the CPUs... there's so much to be added... The CPUs can drive (maybe), there are clones that... work? I've done quite a bit of the work, and I hope it helps people '~'
