On the start, the volcano asks you how many seconds it has to wait before asking you how long it has to erupt and if it should erupt. When the wait is finished, it asks you how many seconds it has to erupt and if it should erupt. If you say yes, it will erupt for as long as you told it to on the first question, and when the seconds are finished, it stops erupting and, yes, you guessed it, says it is finished erupting then stopping project in that bubble for 2 seconds before the project is finished. That is how Volcanic Eruption works.
