(My old nickname was Thing One) *She's supposed to be eighteen. This is a Harris Burdick story. It is one of VERY many that were all inspired by the same picture, title, and caption: A girl asleep in a bed while vines grew out of a book under the light of a lamp, and the words "He had warned her about the book. Now it was too late." There are several other pictures with captions to them that you have to add into your story. There's one that my siblings both did of an elderly man holding a chair over his head, staring at a bump under the rug. It is called "Under the Rug", and the caption/prompt is "Two weeks passed, and it happened again." It was incredible how different their stories were. My sister's was about a turtle and my brother's was about zombies. *eye roll* He now regrets the way that turned out. XD
