Instructions

[6000+ years ago] Aquamarine was a simple Homeworld Aquamarine. She and a handful of Blue Diamond's other Aquamarines were chosen to be decor for Blue Diamond's palanquin. She had eventually come to be friends with the Aquamarine stationed next to her. She trusted her friend very much. One gem she did not trust was Blue Diamond's Pearl. She was very rude. Not even glancing in the direction of the Aquamarines. Oh, how she disliked that Pearl. How convenient it was when a stray Crystal Gem Turquoise infiltrated the palanquin looking to send a message to The Diamonds. The Turquoise, knowing Blue Diamond would surely defend her Pearl by shattering the attacker, decided it would be best to attack the Pearl when Blue Diamond wasn't with her. But how would she know when Blue Diamond wasn't going to be there? Well by interrogating the Pearl-hating Aquamarine near the entrance, of course! Two days later, when Blue Diamond went to make an anti-Crystal Gem speech without her Pearl, the rebel Turquoise attacked... and failed. The Quartz guards heard the Pearl scream and went to her aid. The Turquoise was sent to be shattered and all of the Turquoise were to be recalled. Hiding behind a pillar with her Aquamarine friend, our Aquamarine confessed. And immediately after, her "friend" alerted the guards of her treason. Our Aquamarine was to be exiled to the soon-to-explode planet Earth. She was sent to Earth forcefully in a cramped pod with no room to move. Wishing she hadn't said anything back on Homeworld, and being disgusted with her past, she changed her form to start completely anew. [The year 2000] She met another Turquoise. One that ran away. She didn't want to trust another Turquoise, but seeing that the Turquoise was equally as lost, she reluctantly went with her. They traveled around the Earth by walking and train hopping. Staying emotionally distant for her travel partner in the process. The Turquoise noticed the lack of trust between them and wanted to make it right, but didn't know how. Maybe the Aquamarine missed Homeworld? She decided to take the Aquamarine to a Kindergarten. The Aquamarine seemed more distant at the freshly empty gem site. The Aquamarine, in an attempt to not look at the Turquoise, turned away, and made eye contact with a Homeworld-serving Quartz. The Quartz, seeing an un-recalled Turquoise next to the Aquamarine, attacked. The Quartz knocked the Aquamarine to the ground. The Quartz was about to shatter the Aquamarine. She lunged at her, and mid-air, the attacker was stabbed. A poof of white appeared, and when it dissipated, there was a Turquoise holding a dagger where the Quartz had been. "You... saved me?" The Aquamarine asked, confused. "Well, of course. We're friends." Replied the Turquoise. They decided to stop travelling and just settle down. They spotted a small town filled with humans. "How about we live here, Aquamarine?" The Turquoise asked. "Seems good, Turquoise." The Aquamarine replied happily. [The year 2015] A giant green hand floated in the sky several miles far and many miles high. "Is that... normal for Earth?" Turquoise asked her human friend, Jacob. "Uh, Definitely not!" Jacob explained. Some seconds later, it was pointing at a small town some miles away. Then, a laser shot out of it. "They might need help! I'm gonna go get Aqua!".Turquoise ran to her home, a out of service traincar laying atop a hill, where she found her roommate, Aquamarine. Turquoise explained the situation to Aquamarine quickly, then they ran/flew as fast as they could to the town. "Beach City" the sign they quickly passed read. When they got there, everything was in bits and pieces. They were too late. They spied some gems and a small human. They gems were marked with stars. "Crystal Gems." Turquoise said quietly "Let's go talk to them!"
