-=Tips and Rules=- 1. Use shading! Don't just use paint bucket. 2. You may change the lineart if you want, but not too much 3. Use different programs if you have any. (not required) 4. The background is optional, but you might have a chance of winning if you do a background. :) 5.You may add music. 6. DO NOT USE THE EXAMPLE!!! I can tell if you do. 7.
