I HAVE DONE IT FLAG TWICE and before time no less. I apologize that the animation isn't amazing, but I wanted the art to have an interesting affect that I could't animate. You can take away the swaying, if you so desire. I followed the script, but I may not have made it exactly how you wanted, if so I apologize. :I
