Fatness points are the currency, use arrow keys to move, train to gain fatness points every second, reach 1000 to evolve, buy pinap spawns, initiate breeding by going near the girl pikachu and holding e. After holding (e) you can move anywhere as long as you are still holding (e). Sorry for the super rushed instructions, have fun.
