Aaa thanks so much for accepting me into round 2! For this round, I decided to do a raining animation with some thunder. The thunder was sort of hard to animate but I think in the end it turned out pretty well! Also my first time animating in layers, so that was interesting. WARNING- Animation eventually loops, so don't watch for half an hour expecting it to end XD
