Bruh sound effect. The ST deliberately warned you to pack all your old backpacked sprites and stuff into a project. Sprites, audio, and code in projects were not deleted. So it's your own fault you didn't prepare by making your own Scratch 3.0 bunker project. Plus if you put a gif into a sprite, you could then put that sprite into a project, saving it until after the wipe. Thus, after debunking all your claims against scratch, I formally request that you, @PuffyGarry, resume your normal activities, and stop criticizing scratch. Seriously. It's a waste of time in which you could be doing so many other things instead of making two stolen png's poke scratch cat with weird things that extend from their body accompanied by punching sounds.
