Containment Procedures: Each attempt to contain this entity has resulted in failure and the destruction of the surrounding area. Description: Entity is approx. 4 feet tall, weighs 45 pounds, and prefers to go by the name "Memelord". This entity is extraterrestrial, coming from "Meme World", which, according to Memelord, is located in a galaxy not far from the Milky Way. Memelord exhibits quite a few disturbing anomalous features; -Memelord's appendages stay aloft at all times, and are not physically attached to his torso. How he controls them is unknown (Memelord says he just "does"). -Memelord only occasionally feels inflicted pain. How this is works is unknown. -Perhaps the most disturbing property is that Memelord entirely lacks a brain. An IQ test showed his IQ to be exactly 60. -Memelord is nigh-omnipotent, possessing reality-bending capabilities and cartoon force, among other things. Memelord does not actively pose a threat to reality, but is classified as Apollyon due to the fact that he CAN at any given moment.
