Deadline : October 31st / Closed (Results will be released the day after Halloween) - — ⊹ — - Desc : None of them are really Halloween based, but I kinda wanted to keep it to general designs, first off, so it's not too odd to use it in other times of the year. Second thing, not everyone does Halloween, so with it being more general designs, it allows more people to use these designs. - — ⊹ — - Rules : 1 : Do not recolor, trace, or flat out steal anyone else's art for your entry. 2 : Do not use any of these characters until it is confirmed you've won them. 3 : I don't take ota payments for this dta. Sorry! 4 : If you don't win the character you entered for, please don't try and guilt trip me into giving you the character anyways. 5 : You can enter for as many characters as you want, but you may only win a couple 6 : You don't need to tell me you're entering, in fact, I'd prefer you not to...
