shark child So ye another Kamen Rider OC but this time it was inspired by artwork of Blood Stalk having a form similar to Rogue's, so Tidal is basically Rogue but shark design-wise. he is actually like 10 when he's untransformed(but because of Toku logic, when and where child senshis exist, whenever they transform they look and/or sound older than they actually are.)
