This color picker does pick any color form black (0x000000 in hexadecimal) through grey to white (0xffffff in hexadecimal) Tap on your screen or left click your mouse to draw. You can then point your mouse/finger at any point to see the colour. Unfortunately, the color picker for all colors would take a reeeeeallly long time to pick a color, since it needs to go over about 16 million combinations!!!
