i don't have a name for this guy yet, so uh. Yeah. But they're Scarlet's rival, and they'll pretty much get in Scarlet's way just so they can try to kill her. They don't wield a sword or anything (for now, give me ideas as to what his main weapon should be), but they can probably just make one appear from nothing. They mainly use their claws to attack. Nobody knows anything about them or what they really look like under all of that armour. But hey, it's a dragon dude. More forms likely coming soon.
